Detroit Edison Files 2012 Initial Choice Cap

Detroit Edison has filed its initial electric choice cap for 2012.
The initial cap is based on 11-months of weather-adjusted retail sales (January through November) and 1-month of estimated weather-adjusted retail sales for December of the same year. The cap shall later be adjusted once full 12-month data is available.
Detroit Edison's initial choice cap for 2012 is 4,705,103 MWh. Current choice participation of 5,215,793 MWh already exceeds this level.
