Pepco Files New SOS Rates for District of Columbia

Pepco has filed with the District of Columbia PSC retail generation rates for the period June 1, 2012 through May 31, 2013.

Aside from incorporating results of a recent procurement, the rates reflect a reduction in the SOS Administrative Charge as a prior deferral of an under-collected amount has been reduced.

The Residential Administrative Charge has been reduced from 6.0 mills/kWh to 5.0 mills/kWh; the Small Commercial Administrative Charge has been reduced from 6.5 mills/kWh to 5.5 mills/kWh; and the Large Commercial Administrative Charge has been reduced from 7.25 mills/kWh to 6.50 mills/kWh.
