Viridian Reports 2011 Volumes in Publishing Sustainability Report

Viridian Energy has reported its sales volumes for 2011, as part of its annual Sustainability Report.

While the report itself details volumes during the associated RPS compliance years (which in some cases do not align to the calendar year 2011 depending on state), Viridian also reported to Matters its total volumes for calendar year 2011 as well.

Viridian's load served in calendar year 2011 for all markets was 2,057,103 MWh.

This represents a significant increase from the 2010 load of 578,565 MWh.

Viridian's report, on page 26, also includes a state-by-state breakdown of volumes, by RPS compliance year, the most recent of which included in the report is June 2010 through May 2011.
