Connecticut Light & Power has posted migration statistics as of January 31, 2012
However, Matters will refrain from performing a comparison at this time because there appears to be a discrepancy in the data.
Specifically, the summary data tab lists total migration as 515,562 accounts, but the total from the supplier chart is 515,498. Shortfalls equal to this 64-account deficit are reflected in the residential and business totals in each tab as well.
It would appear that a supplier with five residential accounts and 59 business accounts was omitted in the supplier tab; however, until certain Matters will not compare the data.
CL&P's migration data is accessible here.
If the summary data is correct, CL&P saw residential customers on competitive supply grow by 2,532 accounts in January (versus growth of 3,400 in December), but saw business customers on competitive supply decline by 114 accounts in January (versus growth of 38 accounts in December)
