Texas Electricity Ratings Updates REP Scoring, Champion Energy Ranked #1

Website TexasElectricityRatings.com has updated its ranking of ERCOT retail electric providers, and Champion Energy Services has been ranked first.
TexasElectricityRatings.com features user-generated reviews of REPs, as well as price comparisons, enrollment options, and education materials.
According to Texas Electricity Ratings, the rankings are compiled, "using a number of independent sources including current electric rates, the most recent PUC complaint statistics, Better Business Bureau rankings, the customer reviews submitted through the website, and more." The rankings also take into account the standard features provided by each REP, customer service hours, answer times, and promotional incentive programs.
The top three REPs in Texas Electricity Ratings' rankings are:
Champion Energy, 4.21
Bounce Energy, 4.09
Direct Energy, 3.93
