Connecticut Light and Power has filed an update to the company-wide non-hardship average uncollectibles factor, which serves as the purchase of receivables discount rate.

The 2010/2011 composite non-hardship average uncollectibles factor is 0.47%, which reflects the 2010 factor of 0.62% and 2011 factor of 0.30%.

CL&P will use the new composite non-hardship average uncollectibles factor effective with the purchase of supplier receivables related to April 2012 billings.
