Noble Americas Gas & Power to Purchase Stake in New Jersey Plant

Noble Americas Gas & Power Corp. has entered into an agreement to take a 25% stake in the Eagle Point Cogeneration Facility in New Jersey.

Specifically, Eagle Point Power Generation LLC and Noble Americas Gas & Power Corp. sought FERC approval of a transaction pursuant to which Rockland Power Partners, LP will transfer to Noble Americas Gas & Power Corp. 25% of the issued and outstanding membership interests in Thunderbird Power Holdings, LLC, the owner of 100% of the membership interests in Eagle Point, a public utility that owns and operates the Eagle Point Cogeneration Facility, in Westville, New Jersey.

The plant has a nameplate capacity of approximately 225 MW and a maximum operating capacity of approximately 200 MW.
