Residential Migration Growth Up at PSE&G, Slows at JCP&L

The growth rate in the number of residential electric customers on competitive supply accelerated during March at Public Service Electric & Gas, but decreased at Jersey Central Power & Light, according to the latest data on the BGS auction website.

From the end of February to the end of March, PSE&G saw the number of residential customers on competitive supply increase by 11,000 accounts, up from the February growth of 7,000 accounts.

From the end of February to the end of March, JCP&L saw the number of residential customers on competitive supply increase by 7,000 accounts, down from the February growth of 10,400 accounts.

Atlantic City Electric saw residential migration growth of 4,000 accounts during March, up significantly from the February growth of 400 accounts.

Rockland Electric saw residential migration growth of 185 accounts during March, versus growth of 225 accounts in February.
