Sharyland Utilities, L.P. has filed to increase its unbundled delivery rates charged to REPs for residential, secondary, primary, and transmission service in its McAllen division to a level not to exceed AEP Texas Central Company's comparable average unbundled rates (40332).

Sharyland requested an effective date of June 4, 2012, for the revised rates.

Sharyland said that its currently effective rates for residential, secondary, primary, and transmission service are below TCC's comparable average rates, and therefore under various prior orders and settlements, it is entitled to file a tariff change to increase its unbundled rates for such service up to the TCC comparable average.

Under Sharyland's application, the Distribution System Charge for Residential Service would increase to $7.89 per Billing kW from the current $7.05 per Billing kW.

For the Optional Residential Energy Rate, the Energy Charge would increase to $0.036914 per kWh from $0.033506 per kWh.

For Secondary Service, the Distribution System Charge would increase to $5.91 per Billing kW from the current $5.47 per Billing kW.

For Primary Service, the Distribution System Charge would increase to $5.216 per Billing kW from the current $4.549 per Billing kW.

For Transmission Service, the Distribution System Charge would increase to $3.179 per Billing kW from the current $2.33 per Billing kW.
