Ambit Energy Enters New State for Electricity, Adds Gas Territories Elsewhere

Ambit Energy has entered several new territories for electric and gas service.

Specifically, Ambit Energy has begun offering residential and commercial electric service in Connecticut.

As listed on Ambit's website, for residential customers at both Connecticut Light & Power United Illuminating, Ambit is offering (in ¢/kWh):

• 12 Months Fixed @ 7.59

• 12 Months Fixed, 100% Green @ 7.99

• Monthly Variable, currently @ 7.69

• Monthly Variable, 100% Green @ 8.59

Ambit Energy has also started offering residential and commercial natural gas service at several additional New Jersey natural gas distribution companies.

At South Jersey Gas, Ambit is offering residential customers a 12-month fixed rate of 59.10¢ per therm, and a variable rate currently priced at 64.85¢ per therm.

At New Jersey Natural Gas, Ambit is offering residential customers a 12-month fixed rate of 57.70¢ per therm, and a variable rate currently priced at 58.30¢ per therm.

None of the fixed products cited above include an early termination fee.
