Potomac Edison Files Approved New Purchase of Receivables Discount Rates

Potomac Edison has filed final new Purchase of Receivables discount rates which took effect June 1, 2012.
The final rates reflect Staff's adjustments accepted by the PSC at the May 30 administrative meeting.
The new discount rates are:
Residential: 0.759%
Type I: 0.776%
Type II: 0%
Hourly: 0.038%
