Broker Led by Several North American Power Members Seeks New License

Commercial and Industrial Energy Solutions, LLC applied for a Pennsylvania electric broker/marketer license to serve all customer classes in all service areas.
Three of the members of Commercial and Industrial Energy Solutions, LLC are also members of North American Power and Gas, LLC, specifically Carey Turnbull, Kerry Breitbart, and William Kinneary.
Specifically, Turnbull is founder and chairman of Commercial and Industrial Energy Solutions, LLC; Breitbart serves as CEO; and Kinneary serves as President.
Other officers of Commercial and Industrial Energy Solutions, LLC include Matthew Redett, CFO, and Rick Beckwith, Director.
Though it shares certain members, Commercial and Industrial Energy Solutions, LLC said that it is, "completely separate and non-legally affiliated" from North American Power and Gas, LLC.
Commercial and Industrial Energy Solutions, LLC will only act as an intermediary in the sale and purchase of electric energy and will not be taking title to electricity.
