PPL Sees Return to Growth in Residential Shopping

PPL saw a reverse of the prior week's decline in residential shopping and a return to growth in the number of residential customers on competitive supply in the most recent week, according to the latest stats from the Pennsylvania PUC.

From July 8 to July 14, PPL saw the number of residential customers on competitive supply increase by 759. This reverses the marginal decline of 75 residential shoppers in the immediately prior week.

From July 11 to July 17, PECO saw the number of residential customers on competitive supply grow by 1,550 accounts, versus the week-ago growth of 1,250.

From July 12 to July 18, Met-Ed saw the number of residential customers on competitive supply grow by 900 accounts, versus the week-ago growth of 600.

From July 12 to July 18, Penelec saw the number of residential customers on competitive supply grow by 1,300 accounts, versus the week-ago growth of 600.

From July 12 to July 18, West Penn Power saw the number of residential customers on competitive supply grow by 1,800 accounts, versus the week-ago growth of 1,100.

From July 12 to July 18, Penn Power saw the number of residential customers on competitive supply increases by 16 accounts, versus the week-ago loss of 16 accounts.

From July 8 to July 14, Duquesne Light saw the number of residential customers on competitive supply grow by 1,300 accounts, versus the week-ago growth of 600.
