Phalanx Energy Services Seeks Supplier License in New State
Phalanx Energy Services, LLC applied for an Illinois alternative retail electric supplier license to serve non-residential customers with annual usage in excess of 15,000 kWh in all service areas. Similar to its other markets, Phalanx said that it seeks to serve commercial and industrial customers that are primarily described as federal installations operated by the Department of Defense (DOD) and General Services Administration (GSA), and intermediate load serving entities such as local municipalities.
Supermarket Procurement Co-op Topco Associates Receives License in New State
The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio granted Topco Associates, LLC d/b/a TopSource LLC an electric broker/aggregator license to serve customers in all service areas. As previously reported, TopSource is the not-for-resale procurement arm of grocer cooperative Topco Associates LLC, and is in the process of expanding into the procurement of competitive electricity in several states
Utilities Analyses, Inc. Receives New License
The District of Columbia PSC granted Utilities Analyses, Inc. an electric broker license to serve commercial and industrial customers.
