New America Power to Broker Energy Supply for Real Estate Investment Trust's Properties in Four States

Broker New America Power has announced a two-year partnership with Acadia Realty Trust, a real estate investment trust specializing in the acquisition, redevelopment and operation of retail and urban mixed-use properties, to act as the company's energy procurement consultant.
New America Power said that it will create and implement an energy procurement and management plan for shopping centers in four states totaling 1,919,828 square feet of space.
The shopping centers that are contracted under the agreement are located in Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey.
