Texas to Hold Another Resource Adequacy Workshop, Seeks Proposals

The Public Utility Commission of Texas will hold a workshop in Project No. 40000, Commission Proceeding to Ensure Resource Adequacy in Texas, on September 6.

In preparation for the workshop, the Commission requests comments from interested parties on the preference regarding the policy options set out in Table 1 in the Brattle Report, filed on June 1, 2012 in Project No. 40268, to the extent the parties have not previously provided this information, or other proposals if different from the policy options in the Brattle Report.

Comments should be limited to no more than 10 pages and filed no later than August 30, 2012
