The Midwest ISO has filed Cost of New Entry values for the new Local Resource Zones under its revised resource adequacy construct.

The annual CONE value for the entire MISO region was previously filed as $98,000/MW.

Applying local factors to this price resulted in CONEs, for Local Resource Zones encompassing states with retail choice, as follows, for the Planning Year that will commence on June 1, 2013:

Local Resource Zone 4 (Illinois): $99,940/MW/yr

Local Resource Zone 7 (Michigan): $99,310/MW/yr
