Acclaim Energy Selected By The Cooperative Purchasing Network as Approved Vendor

Energy procurement and sustainability consultant Acclaim Energy announced that it has been selected as an approved vendor by The Cooperative Purchasing Network (TCPN). As a vendor, Acclaim solutions are now available for government organizations without the challenge of a local bid process, Acclaim Energy said.

Energy Points, SustainEdge Partner to Offer Energy Use, Resource Analysis

Energy Points, an energy analytics company, and SustainEdge, a Midwest sustainability consultancy, announced a strategic partnership to, "deliver a comprehensive solution that powers enterprise resource management and planning decisions." As part of the partnership, SustainEdge will use EnergyPoints Analytics to conduct a comprehensive comparison of their customers' energy use across resources and initiatives, providing an analysis of which environmental projects are having the greatest environmental and financial impact. EnergyPoints Analytics provides a one-to-one normalization and comparison of resource consumption across all environmental domains, including water, electricity, transportation, gas, waste and materials. Delivered on-premise or as a cloud application, EnergyPoints Analytics factors in critical indicators, such as regional energy mix (e.g., coal, natural gas, renewables), resource location, life cycle analysis, scarcity and stress to generate the true value of consumed natural resources. The companies announced that Walsh & Associates, one of the largest chemical distributors in the U.S., is the first joint customer to use the sustainability solution to power resource decisions across multiple locations
