Staff of the Public Utility Commission of Texas have filed the Commission's final determination of the retail electric providers (REPs) designated to provide Provider of Last Resort (POLR) service for the 2013-2014 term.

POLRs are determined for four specific classes of service (Residential, Small Non- Residential, Medium Non-Residential and Large Non-Residential) within six service territories, in accordance with P.U.C. SUBST. R. 25.43.

The final designations of non-volunteer POLRs (also known as Large Service Providers) can be found here, in Staff's October 12 filing in Project 40158.

There are no volunteer POLRs for the 2013-14 term.
