Pa. PUC Issues Written Order on PECO Default Service Plan

FirstEnergy Solutions Refreshes PECO, Met-Ed Pricing

With new, higher prices to compare in place at Met-Ed and PECO, FirstEnergy Solutions has launched updated residential offers in each territory. Residential customers at PECO can receive an introductory price of 7.4 cents per kilowatt-hour (kWh) through March 2013. The price then becomes 9.2 cents per kWh through September 2015. Residential customers at Met-Ed can receive an introductory price of 6.1 cents per kWh through April 2013. The price then becomes 7.75 cents per kWh through September 2015. Customers will receive a $25 Visa Gift Card after signing up. FirstEnergy Solutions continues to offer its 7-year fixed offer of 7.5 cents per kWh in both territories as well.
