Colonial Energy Inc. has applied for an expanded Pennsylvania natural gas supplier license to serve all sizes of non-residential customers in all service areas. Colonial Energy said that it has no immediate plans to serve customers behind the remaining LDCs (notably UGI Central Penn, UGI Penn Natural Gas, Philadelphia Gas Works, and some smaller LDCs) and has deferred addressing the security requirements to serve customers at such LDCs until necessary.
