The Illinois Commerce Commission has posted detailed migration statistics, by customer class, as of September 30, 2012.

Earlier this month, Matters had reported excerpted September 30 residential migration data that had been posted by the ICC apart from the now-updated detailed reports.

See prior story for details on September residential migration in terms of accounts, including growth of accounts from August to September

As previously reported, ComEd saw the number of residential customers billed on competitive supply increase by about 300,000 during September, while Ameren saw growth of 9,400 residential shoppers (aggregate of all zones).

ComEd residential migration has reached 30% of accounts.

The newly updated stats show the percent of residential accounts migrated as of September 30, 2012 as follows:

ComEd: 29.71%

Ameren Rate Zone I (CIPS): 18.93%

Ameren Rate Zone II, (CILCO): 64.43%

Ameren Rate Zone III, (IP): 23.36%

The ICC migration statistics list customers who have switched to a competitive supplier and have completed at least one billing cycle on competitive supply. Accordingly, the data lags completed enrollments

Migration to competitive supply in the ComEd <100 kW commercial class increased by 8,000 accounts during September, up from growth of 6,600 accounts during August, 3,700 accounts during July, and 2,300 accounts during June.

Data for MidAmerican and Mt. Carmel has also been updated on the ICC's website.
