Baltimore Gas & Electric Files New SOS Rates

Baltimore Gas and Electric has filed with the Maryland PSC new Type II SOS rates for the period beginning December 1, 2012, and projected mass market SOS rates for the period starting June 1, 2013.

Procurements have been completed for residential and Type I SOS for the period June 1, 2013 to September 30, 2013. BGE said that residential and Type I rates for the period June 1, 2013 to September 30, 2013 will be filed in December 2012 once the Residential and Type I Time-of-Use rates have been shaped based on June to September 2012 settlement data.

However, BGE has posted updated projections of residential and Type I SOS rates for the period June 1, 2013 to September 30, 2013 based on the recent October 22 procurement, and such projected SOS rates may be found here

Filed Type II rates listed below, in cents per kWh, reflect only the energy component of SOS, and not transmission or reconciliations.
