FTR Energy Services Receives License in New State

The Illinois Commerce Commission granted FTR Energy Services, LLC an alternative natural gas supplier license to serve all customer classes at Northern Illinois Gas Company d/b/a Nicor Gas Company, the Peoples Gas Light and Coke Company, and North Shore Gas Company. As first reported by Matters, FTR Energy Services is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Regional Energy Holdings Inc. and has a marketing agreement in place with Frontier Communications Corporation, a telecom company operating in 27 states whose operations include acting as an ILEC.

Stand Energy Corporation Receives License in New State

The Illinois Commerce Commission granted Stand Energy Corporation an alternative natural gas supplier license to serve small commercial customers at Ameren Illinois Company d/b/a Ameren Illinois, Northern Illinois Gas Company d/b/a Nicor Gas Company, the Peoples Gas Light and Coke Company, and North Shore Gas Company.

Suncom Energy Receives License in New State

The Illinois Commerce Commission granted Suncom Energy, Inc. an electric agent, broker, and consultant license.

PES Action Corporation Receives License in New State

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio granted PES Action Corporation d/b/a Premier Energy Strategies an electric broker/aggregator license to serve commercial, mercantile, and industrial customers in all service areas.
