Infinite Energy Purchases Texas Retail Electric Provider

Infinite Electric LLC has purchased a majority ownership in Texas retail electric provider Veteran Energy LLC.
Infinite Electric LLC is an affiliate of Infinite Energy, Inc.
Veteran Energy persists as a discrete corporate entity.
Kevin Barber remains with Veteran Energy as President as well as sole minority shareholder. Barber, a 20-year gas and power industry veteran, founded Veteran Energy LLC in 2010, with retail operations beginning in 2011
Infinite Energy co-founders Darin Cook and Richard Blaser are now co-CEOs of Veteran Energy LLC.
Stephen Madden who recently joined Infinite Energy as COO, also now serves as COO of Veteran Energy LLC. Madden was a co-founder of StarTex Power and was previously Executive Vice President at StarTex.
Infinite Energy launched electric service in ERCOT in 2011, as first reported by Matters.
