Constellation Endorsed by Michigan Lodging and Tourism Association
Constellation announced that it has signed an association agreement with the Michigan Lodging and Tourism Association (MLTA) that will provide association members customized and competitively priced energy related products and services. Under the three-year agreement, Constellation will be the exclusive MLTA-endorsed electricity supplier and one of two preferred natural gas suppliers for the association's more than 500 members.
Connecticut Files Draft Report on Electric Suppliers, Aggregators
The Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority has filed a draft version (click here for report) of its annual report (12-09-14) to the General Assembly on electric suppliers and aggregators. The report, covering 2011, lists for the year new applicants, new applicants granted licenses, and the time required for the processing of the applications. Ohio Denies Rehearing of AEP Ohio Capacity Clarification Order
The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio denied rehearing of its October 17 order on rehearing and clarification (click here) concerning the capacity rate charged to retail suppliers under the AEP Ohio Fixed Resource Requirement Plan
Chicago City Council Approves Municipal Aggregation Supplier
The Chicago City Council approved the previously announced selection of Integrys Energy Services as the city's supplier for its opt-out electric aggregation.
