Connecticut Light & Power Sees Monthly Growth Rate in Shopping Rise for Third Consecutive Month

Connecticut Light & Power has posted migration statistics as of November 30, 2012, and the November growth in the number of customers on competitive supply is the third consecutive month in which the rate of growth in shopping customers has grown versus the prior-month's growth.

A comparison by Matters to migration data as of October 31, 2012 may be found here (includes individual customer counts and change for each supplier).

From the end of October to the end of November, CL&P saw the number of customers on competitive supply increase by 6,200 accounts, up from the growth of 4,900 accounts during October and 3,000 accounts during September.

The number of residential customers on competitive supply increased by 5,700 from the end of October to the end of November, versus the October growth of 4,500 and September growth of 2,700.
