PUCO today deferred consideration of both settlements for consideration on its next agenda

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio is scheduled to address today, at its 1:30 p.m. est meeting, proposed non-unanimous settlements addressing the continued provision of the merchant function by Dominion East Ohio and Columbia Gas of Ohio. If a final order is adopted at such meeting, and a written order or release is published this afternoon, Matters will update this page this afternoon upon availability of such order or release.
