The Pennsylvania PUC granted MP2 Energy NE, LLC an electric supplier license to serve all customer classes, including residential customers, in all service areas. The application had been first reported in Matters.

Christoff Mitchell Petroleum Receives Supplier License in New State

The Pennsylvania PUC granted Christoff Mitchell Petroleum, Inc. a natural gas supplier license to serve all customer classes at Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania, UGI Central Penn Gas, and Peoples Natural Gas Company. As first reported by Matters, Christoff Mitchell Petroleum delivers fuel oil and/or propane to approximately 8,000 residential and commercial customers in Clearfield, Centre and Cambria counties.

F&P Holdings, Gas Marketer Affiliate, Receives Electric License in New State

The Pennsylvania PUC granted F&P Holdings, L.P. an electric broker/marketer license to serve commercial customers over 25 kW, industrial customers, and governmental customers in all service areas. As first reported by Matters, F&P Holdings, L.P. is an affiliate of natural gas producer T&F Exploration, L.P., which acts as a retail gas supplier in Pennsylvania in addition to engaging in transportation-level marketing in several states.

Healthtrust Purchasing Group Receives New License

The Pennsylvania PUC granted Healthtrust Purchasing Group, LP a natural gas broker/marketer license to serve small commercial (under 6,000 MCF annually), large commercial (6,000 MCF or more annually) and industrial customers in all service areas.
