Hi-Tech Bankcard Service, Incorporated is a full-service merchant account provider. The company was originally founded to provide credit and debit card services, as well as ATMs, to Korean-American merchants, and has now expanded its services to provide surveillance camera and point of sale (POS) systems to the merchants who comprise its clientele.

Hi-Tech Bankcard Service, Incorporated has recently begun to expand outside of the Korean market to include Chinese, Indian, and Vietnamese markets.
