Texas Approves Further Change in Ownership of Retail Provider

The Public Utility Commission of Texas granted Andeler Corporation an amendment to its Texas REP certificate to reflect a change in its minority ownership. Specifically, in combination with a partial stock redemption by Andeler Corporation, RDL Investments, LLC has acquired 35% of the outstanding stock of Andeler Corporation. RDL Investments, LLC is managed by Robert D. Lee, the same manager for SBD Energy Group, LLC, which as first reported by Matters, previously acquired 65% of Andeler Corporation's stock earlier this fall.

Google Invests in Texas Wind Project

Google Inc. has made an approximately $200 million equity investment in EDF Renewable Energy's Spinning Spur Wind Project, a 161 megawatt facility located in Oldham County, Texas. Energy from the plant has been contracted to SPS, a utility that primarily serves Texas and New Mexico.
