Just Energy Receives Authority to Serve New Territories in Pennsylvania
The Pennsylvania PUC has granted Just Energy Pennsylvania Corp. an expanded natural gas supplier license to serve all customer classes at PECO Energy Company, National Fuel Gas Distribution Corp., UGI Utilities, Inc., UGI Penn Natural Gas, Inc., and UGI Central Penn Gas, Inc. Additionally, Just Energy's license was amended to include service to industrial and governmental customers (as well as residential and commercial customers) in its previously authorized territory of Columbia Gas.
Clearview Electric Receives Gas Supplier License in New State
The Pennsylvania PUC granted Clearview Electric Inc. a natural gas supplier license to serve all customer classes at PECO Energy Company and Peoples Natural Gas Company LLC.
Better Cost Energy Receives New License
The District of Columbia PSC granted BCE, LLC d/b/a Better Cost Energy, LLC an electric broker license to serve commercial and industrial customers.
AUI Associates Receives License in New State
The Pennsylvania PUC granted AUI Associates, Inc. an electric broker/marketer license to serve all customer classes at PECO.
