Baltimore Gas and Electric Company has filed with the Maryland PSC Type II SOS rates for the period March 1, 2013 to May 31, 2013, as well as final residential and Type I SOS rates for the period June 1, 2013 to September 30, 2013.

The residential and Type I rates were previously filed but now include load shaping for the Time of Use rate classes.

Rates below are in cents per kWh, and reflect the energy rate, fixed administrative charge, and applicable taxes for the generation rate. Rates do not reflect bypassable transmission or reconciliations.

Notably, the residential SOS rate will increase June 1 to 9.686¢/kWh from the current 7.955¢/kWh and the year-ago summer rate of 8.808¢/kWh
