PJM Wholesale Brokers LLC has also applied for Maryland electric and gas broker licenses and an Illinois electric broker license; copies of those applications were not immediately available.

BKE Mechanical, Inc. d/b/a BKE Energy, Inc. applied for a Pennsylvania electric broker/marketer license to serve all customer classes in all service areas.

Atlas Commodities Seeks, Receives Licenses in New States

Atlas Commodities, LLC, a wholesale broker that Matters first reported is expanding to retail energy brokering in several jurisdictions, has applied for a New Hampshire electric aggregator license. Atlas Commodities has also received a Maine electric broker license to serve medium and large non-residential customers at CMP, BHE, and MPS.
