Detroit Edison reported that its weather-adjusted retail sales for calendar year 2012 were 46,830,494 MWh, resulting in a final cap of 4,683,049 MWh for 2013.
Current choice participation of 5,309,902 MWh already exceeds this cap, and thus there are no choice allotments currently available.
