Retail supplier customer and load data may be found on pages 22, 24, 26, and 28 (page numbers are numbers based on PDF pagination, not native page numbers).

The report notes that Indiana Michigan Power and Upper Peninsula Power Company saw their first choice activity since the 2008 law which capped choice at 10%.

I&M's program was fully subscribed at the 10 percent cap in early June, but choice participation had dropped to 6% by December. Noble Americas Energy Solutions was the only supplier active at I&M during 2012.

UPPCo saw choice at 1.7%. UP Power Marketing was the only supplier active at UPPCo during 2012.
