Dynegy Names New Chief Commercial Officer

Dynegy Inc. announced that Hank Jones will join Dynegy as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer. Mr. Jones will be responsible for Dynegy's commercial and asset management functions for its power generation business. In addition, Mr. Jones will lead a team that develops and executes both hedging and term contracting options for the entire fleet. Mr. Jones has served as Managing Director, North American Power and Gas Sales, Trading and Origination for Deutsche Bank since 2010. He previously held various key commercial roles at EDF Trading, AEP Energy Services and Duke Energy Corporation.

Sperian Energy Elected to National Energy Marketers Association Executive Committee

The National Energy Marketers Association (NEM) announced that Sperian Energy has been elected to NEM's Executive Committee. Sperian Energy will be represented by Jevin Sackett, CEO; Nick Cioll, CFO; Max Smith, Executive Vice President; and Joe Waldman, COO.
