The Pennsylvania PUC granted Hess Small Business Services, LLC an amended natural gas supplier license to serve all sizes of non-residential customers at Equitable Gas Company, Peoples TWP LLC, Peoples Natural Gas Company, LLC, Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania Inc., and National Fuel Gas Distribution Corp. Hess Small Business Services was previously authorized to serve such customers at UGI Utilities, Inc. (Gas Division), UGI Central Penn Gas, Inc., UGI Penn Natural Gas Company, PECO Energy Company-Gas, and Philadelphia Gas Works.

Colonial Energy Receives Authority to Serve Customers in New Territories

The Pennsylvania PUC granted Colonial Energy Inc. an amended natural gas supplier license to serve all sizes of non-residential customers at Columbia Gas, Equitable Gas, National Fuel Gas Distribution and Peoples Natural Gas. Colonial Energy was previously authorized to serve customers at UGI Utilities, Inc. and PECO.
