ResCom Energy Seeks License in New State

ResCom Energy, LLC has submitted an application for an Ohio electric supplier license to serve residential and commercial customers at Duke Energy Ohio. ResCom Energy had previously filed an Ohio license application in 2010 but withdrew the application without prejudice.

PBF Power Marketing Seeks Supplier License

PBF Power Marketing LLC applied for an Ohio electric supplier license for the sole purpose of self-serving the load of PBF Holding Company LLC, which operates an oil refinery in Toledo.

Snyder Brothers Receives Authority to Serve Customers in New Territory

The Pennsylvania PUC granted Snyder Brothers, Inc. an amended Pennsylvania natural gas supplier license to include service to all customer classes at Peoples TWP. Snyder Brothers had previously stated that it has existing customers that also have facilities in the Peoples TWP service territory, to which Snyder Brothers would like to provide competitive offers. Snyder Brothers is currently authorized to serve customers at National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation, Peoples Natural Gas Company, Columbia Gas, Equitable Gas, and UGI Central Penn Gas.

New Broker Led By Former BlueStar Exec Receives License in New State

The Maryland PSC granted start-up CrossLink Advisors LLC an electric broker license to serve commercial and industrial customers in all service areas. As only reported by Matters, the founder and Managing Member of CrossLink Advisors LLC is Guy Morgan, who founded and served as CEO of BlueStar Energy Services until its acquisition by American Electric Power in March 2012.
