PURA issued the following request to Reliable Power:
"Pursuant to §16-245 of the Connecticut General Statutes (Conn. Gen. Stat.), which requires the Authority to ensure the managerial capability of licensed electric suppliers, and Conn. Gen. Stat. §16-245u, which requires the Authority to monitor the market for electric generation services, the Authority hereby directs Reliable to submit the following information:
"(1) Confirmation whether the information received by the Authority is correct;

"(3) A description of the steps taken by Reliable to notify the affected customers, including a copy of all notices issued, if any; and

According to statistics filed with PURA, Reliable Power was serving 3,800 customers at CL&P as of January 31, 2013, and 850 customers at United Illuminating. PURA did not indicate that it had received notice from UI that any Reliable Power customers at UI were subject to a mass transition.
