New Hampshire Moves Forward With Consideration of POR, Market Enhancements

The New Hampshire PUC has approved a revised procedural schedule for further consideration of a purchase of receivables program at the electric utilities, and other retail market enhancements.
Testimony had been filed by retail suppliers, but the case was procedurally slowed by discovery and other procedural disputes.
Specifically, the PUC has now scheduled a technical session for April 12, with a hearing on the merits starting May 1.
