Eisenbach Consulting, LLC Acquires Bulk of Vital Connections, LLC

Eisenbach Consulting, LLC has acquired hundreds of commercial and industrial clients from Texas-based Vital Connections, LLC.

Vital Connections, LLC is a broker/aggregator active in Texas.

Terms were not disclosed.

Eisenbach Consulting provides electricity procurement services to large and small commercial and industrial clients in Texas, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, and natural gas procurement in additional states. Additionally, Eisenbach Consulting operates a web-based platform for residential energy choice.
