Connecticut Utilities File New POR Discount Rates

The Connecticut utilities have filed updates to their Purchase of Receivables discount rates, which equal their non-hardship average uncollectibles factor.
At Connecticut Light and Power, the company-wide non-hardship average uncollectibles factor will be updated to 0.24%, effective with the purchase of supplier receivables related to April 2013 billings.
United Illuminating's 2013 Non-Hardship Uncollectable Factor is 1.17%, which is an increase from the current 1.07%.
