EnerNOC Receives New License
The Maryland PSC granted EnerNOC, Inc. a natural gas broker license to serve commercial and industrial customers. The company was directed to pay a civil penalty to the Commission in the amount of $500 for brokering gas contracts prior to licensure (the company had been previously licensed as a broker for electricity and was not initially aware of the separate gas license requirement, a Staff memo noted).
