Border Energy has begun offering residential electricity supply at the FirstEnergy utilities in Ohio.
At Cleveland Electric Illuminating, Border Energy is offering a fixed rate of 5.64¢ per kWh through December 2014. The plan includes a $100 early termination fee.
At Toledo Edison, Border Energy is offering a fixed rate of 5.66¢ per kWh through December 2014. The plan includes a $100 early termination fee.
At Ohio Edison, Border Energy is offering a fixed rate of 5.65¢ per kWh through May 2014. The plan includes a $75 early termination fee.
