Ohio in "No Rush" to Implement Significant Market Changes
Todd A. Snitchler, Chairman of the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, said that, in the current retail electric market investigation, the state is in "no rush" to slam in a policy that sounds good on paper but in practicality is not workable and would create more problems or backlash.
Illinois Residential Shopping to Hit 90%
Due to aggregation, Illinois Commerce Commission Chairman Doug Scott expects Illinois residential electric migration to competitive supply to exceed 90% by year-end.
