A settlement among several parties would establish a new bypassable Gas Procurement Charge at National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation in Pennsylvania.

Specifically, the settlement would adopt a bypassable Gas Procurement Charge of $0.1050 per Mcf. The GPC would remain in effect until Distribution's next base rate proceeding.

The stipulation would set the Gas Procurement Charge based on a black box settlement, with no specific rate derivation methodologies for various charges unbundled through the GPC.

The settlement was signed by National Fuel Gas Distribution, the Office of Consumer Advocate, the Office of Small Business Advocate, and Interstate Gas Supply, Inc.
