In the aggregate, Pennsylvania saw another week of relatively low residential shopping growth when compared to the growth in late 2012.

From about March 21 to March 27 (reporting date varies slightly by utility), the state, in aggregate, saw growth in residential shopping of only 4,400 accounts, up slightly from the week-ago growth of 3,900 accounts, but still only about half of the growth levels seen in late 2012.

Specifically, the weekly net growth (loss) in residential shoppers at each utility from about March 21 to about March 27 was as follows:

Duquesne Light 367
Met-Ed 1,330
PECO 1,150
Penelec 776
Penn Power 134
PPL 607
West Penn Power 77
