The New York City summer 2013 strip cleared at $14.80/kW-mo.
The Rest of State summer 2013 strip cleared at $4.20/kW-mo.
The year-ago summer strip auction had produced NYC prices of about $11/kW-mo, and ROS prices of $1.25/kW-mo.
