Texas Staff to File Strawman on Provider of Last Resort Rules

The Staff of the Public Utility Commission of Texas are set to release a strawman that would amend P.U.C. Subst. R. 25.43, relating to Provider of Last Resort (POLR).
Staff said in a public notice that the strawman will be filed in Project Number 41277 by Friday, April 26, 2013.
Comments on the strawman will be accepted through May 16; reply comments are to be filed by May 28, 2013.
